photo of the week: Stephen Lawrence Trust Centre

Posted by carlotta on Thursday March 23rd, 2017 at 8:39pm

This striking window by the artist Chris Ofili is at the Stephen Lawrence Trust Centre in London. The building, designed by David Adjaye, is about to be transformed into a thriving co-working hub for start-ups in the built environment. I will be there documenting the process along the way. This photo is from my first shoot at the centre, at the begining of the project. Also on my website are photographs of the first ‘re-imagining’ design workshop where the Trust’s alumni presented their design concepts to the pro-bono team supporting the scheme. More of my photographs of the centre can be found here.

If you have not yet had a chance to see my exhibit of Southover Grange photos at Pelham House in Lewes, the show has been extended for an additional 6 weeks, so you have until the 23 May to catch it.
