Ashurst Organic Farm

People have been asking for a post of my photos of Ashurst Organics, so here it is, as part of a series of posts about local food production. It was a very different time of year to now – the trees were bare, the sky was grey and the colours were muted but beautiful. Luckily it had stopped raining by the time we headed up to the high field to harvest beetroot and cabbages.
