a cold winter morning at Glynde Place

I headed out early on a beautiful winter morning for my weekly shoot at the Elizabethan manor down the road. The stone masons have been putting new stone mullions into the old windows and I was interested to see how it was going. After taking out the stone that was old and worn down, the new stone is put in its place. It then has to be chiselled back by hand to be aligned with the old stonework. A very time-consuming task.
