photo of the week: this is regeneration

So here it is, the UTC@harbourside finished at last, reflecting in the still, high tide of the river Ouse. It is very satisfying for me to have witnessed the transformation of this building from derelict and decrepit to stunning, inspirational and useful. These two buildings that lay closed up and unused for 40 years are now a technical college specialising in marine engineering. For the ‘before and after’ comparison, please scroll down to see a photo from my first shoot, just over two years ago.
