some bold new colours at Glynde Place

After six weeks away, I returned to Glynde Place to find most of the first floor has been painted and is starting to look almost ready to be lived in. I was interested to see what paint colours have been chosen. Throughout this project, I have been lucky to find bursts of strong colours, sometimes from old flaking paint but often, unexpectedly, from new building materials such as pale green and pale pink plasterboard. On my visit today, it was exciting to see how new paint colours have the ability to change and highlight architectural spaces.
