Battle of Lewes houses sprouting up

As part of the preparations for the Battle of Lewes celebrations, the second week of building the village continued apace during the Easter holidays. Lovely, slightly wonky, medieval houses were sprouting up on the muddy flood plain as the weather cooperated by staying gloriously warm and sunny. In about a month’s time, there needs to be enough accommodation for 150 teenagers for the three day festival. That seems doable when so many people show up each time to push on with the build. More photos from this shoot can be found here.
