Phoenix Project, day 6

Here is the next instalment of my daily post about the Phoenix Project, a photo documentary about the former industrial site in the heart of Lewes that is now home to over a dozen vibrant arts and community groups. An exhibit and art trail of the project opens in a little under three weeks.

Lewes drama students

I got a call about a group of final year students from Sussex Downs College putting on a play in the Foundry Gallery. I was glad to have the opportunity to get some people shots in the beautiful but vast open space of this Victorian foundry. I got there as the students were preparing for their dress rehearsal before that evenings’s performance. I felt lucky to get to watch such a great show – funny, dramatic, entertaining.
