photographing kids

I asked my three children to sit for a group portrait as a gift for their grandfather’s 89th birthday. Oh, the fuss that was made… I took nearly 200 shots and in only one are they all looking at the camera and vaguely smiling. However, I liked the interactions between them that I ended up capturing. In the end, the gift was a collection of half a dozen shots instead of just the one.
