Starnash Artisan Foods
Starnash Artisan Foods produce traditional air-cured meat on their smallholding in Upper Dicker, East Sussex. They raise their own pigs, supplementing their supply with local free range organic pigs. The owners run a pair of restaurants in Brighton, the Tin Drum restaurants, where they serve their delicious chorizos and sausages alongside vegetables grown on their farm.
